Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment situated in an ideal location in Salou. It's minutes from Port Aventura Theme Park, Costa Caribe and the Aquapolis Dophin & Water Park.

The apartment has been totally reformed with a new fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, new air-conditioning system, heating and new ceramic floors throughout. The property sleeps 4 people comfortably but you can accommodate up to 6 people if the double leather sofa bed is used. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe and the other with 2 singles. The bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in shower. From the lounge there is a balcony with views.

The kitchen is fully equipped & the lounge is spacious with a sofa bed, table and chairs for 6 people, TV, DVD player & DVD’s.

The spectacular golden beach of Salout is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment and one can find all the necessary amenities close by. In the summer, there is even a 24 hour supermarket in the building next to the complex.

The property is part of a complex with a large pool, a children's pool and spectacular gardens where children meet after they return from the beach for a swim and play in the park. There are also numerous bus stops within a short walk giving easy access to all the local attractions such as the Port Aventura Theme park, Aquopolis Water and Dolphin Park & The Costa Caribe Water Park just to mention a few.

The property has air-conditioning and heating.

Changeover day:

We do not have a preferred changeover day, any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am though we will always do our best to have the property ready for the time requested.

Cots and high-chairs can also be rented at an extra cost of 5 euros a day.

Accommodates an extra bed for 7th person if required (extra cost of 10 euros for 7th person per night.)

Coast Beach:

Salou is the tourist capital of the Costa Dorada, the ‘Golden Coast’ that runs from Cunit to Alcanar, to the south of Catalonia’s capital city, Barcelona. Situated in the province of Tarragona, Salou is famous for its golden beaches but it also has a growing reputation as a perfect place for a family holiday.

The beaches are one of the major draws of any Spanish holiday destination and Salou is no different. It has a string of fine, golden beaches, rocky cove hideaways and beach-side pedestrian promenades.

Golf:

Spain is probably one of Europe’s leading destinations for playing golf. With its sunny climates and stunning landscapes, it really is a golfer’s paradise! The popularity of golf in Spain has increased dramatically over the last few years and now Tarragona is home to several 8 Golf courses including three courses which form part of the Port Aventura Resort.

Travel:

Reus Airport is approximately 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour's drive. Easyjet fly regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.

Distances:

The old Roman town of Tarrragona is 15 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is less than one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.

Further Details:

Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 5/10 minute drive or you can either take a bus, road train or taxi.
There's a supermarket just at the end of the DMS complex.
Plentiful bar/restaurants to suit all tastes are all within a very short distance.
The beautiful fishing Port of Cambrils with its excellent seafood restaurants and shops is about a 5/10 minute drive.
Costa Caribe water park is only a 5/10 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is 10 minutes drive.
